✅ Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 6 days of delivery if:

• The product has manufacturing defects.
• You received a different item from what you ordered.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

📦 How to Request a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp or phone call within 6 days of delivery. You will need to share:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
• A brief explanation of the problem

💰 Refunds

Once we inspect and approve the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling
• Returns due to change of mind
